“Our experience is an antidote to the everyday chaos of work and city life, ” says Harsha Manani in describing Lakeview Motel’s unique expansion, a 22-foot geodesic dome that literally redefines “a room with a view”.

While the 4-season structure features a beautiful natural cedar frame and modern amenities throughout, it is the all-glass polycarbonate construction that sets this exceptional accommodation apart. The seamless views of Grass Lake out front, hardwood forest behind, and the the sun and stars above make for an immersive natural experience for couples and singles.

“We sought to create a space to detach from the digital world, to explore nature, to unwind. The all-glass construction of the dome allows natural light and the positive sun rays to flow in, to calm the mind, body, and soul and recharge under the night sky,” Harsha goes on to explain, indicating the dome creates a great opportunity for visitors to enjoy accommodations that uniquely complement the many natural, culinary and adventure tourism options in the region.

For comfort and convenience, the dome will sit on an extensive deck complete with hot tub, fire pit, lounge area and hammocks. Construction is already underway, with the dome is expected to be complete and open for bookings in time for the summer season.
