Buttermilk Falls Resort​

Nestled on the banks of crystal clear Boshkung Lake, adjacent to Buttermilk Falls, our Haliburton cottage resort has been enjoyed by many generations of couples and families alike. Situated on a quiet bay, our sandy beach is safe and clean. Our fully-equipped efficiency cottages face south and offer a stunning big lake view. Open year-round, our clean and modern cottages provide an affordable Ontario getaway where guests can relax and unwind in a peaceful and wonderfully picturesque setting. We have housekeeping cottages suitable for groups and families of up to eight, plus cabins that suit couples for romantic getaway vacations.



Tamarack Lodge & Art Centre

Located in the Haliburton Highlands on motorless Tamarack Lake, Tamarack Lodge offers quiet, peaceful surroundings for the perfect vacation or weekend retreat. Our newly renovated cottages provide clean and comfortable surroundings, the shallow waters of Pringle’s Cove are ideal for swimming, and the deeper waters of the main lake offer excellent canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. We welcome artist groups and workshops. In addition to our four cottages that can accommodate up to 16 people, the main lodge offers a large common room for indoor work, post-production discussion, and daily recaps.


The Terrace Inn

Located just outside the community of Wilberforce in East Haliburton Highlands on Dark Lake, The Terrace Inn makes the perfect place to stay  during your great adventure. The Terrace Inn offers 1, 2 & 3 bedroom, self-catering cottages that are family friendly and reasonably priced. You can rent canoes or SUP Boards to enjoy not only Dark Lake but also paddle up the Grace River into beautiful Grace Lake, The Terrace Inn also features a lovely kiddies beach area and a well-maintained Children’s Playground in addition to a Games Room for the adults with pool table and more. Miners' Bay Lodge

Historic Lodge, Cabins & Cottages near Haliburton, Ontario. Miners’ Bay Lodge, operating since 1938, is a family-oriented seasonal (summer and fall) resort in the beautiful Highlands of Haliburton. Located 2 hours north-east of Toronto on Highway 35, our 50+ acre property sits on the beautiful shores of two lakes: vibrant, six-mile Gull Lake and small, peaceful Round Lake.

Algonguin Eco Lodge

Algonquin Eco-Lodge is an award winning off-grid wilderness lodge on the southern tip of Algonquin Park.  It is the perfect place for people who want to experience true Canadian wilderness without having to give up the creature comforts of civilization.  The Eco-Lodge is deep in the forests of Algonquin Park, on the shores of a private lake and a cascading waterfall.  It is this waterfall that powers their micro-hydro generator, which produces 100% of their electricity.  There is even enough to power Ontario’s only carbon neutral lakeside hot tub! All meals, use of canoes, hiking/ski trails (40 km that start right at the front door!), hot tub, and sauna are included in the rate.
